YOUR INFORMATION
This policy explains what Actenly processes, why it is needed, who helps provide the service, and how you can ask for your information to be deleted.
Effective 21 July 2026 · No data sales. No ad networks.
Actenly is published and operated by an independent individual developer. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@actenly.com.
We process your email address, display name, preferences, password hash, email-verification status and active sessions. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. This information is used to create and secure your account, sign you in, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
Actenly stores the tasks, subtasks, focus sessions, reminders and progress information you choose to create. If you use Friends & Family, we also process invitations, relationship permissions, shared groups, Focus Agreements, reviews and evidence you submit. Private information is only shared through the product when you choose a relationship or workflow that permits it.
When you request an AI suggestion, the prompt and relevant task context are sent to OpenRouter so a model can generate the response. Do not include secrets or information you do not want processed by an AI provider. OpenRouter and the model provider process that request under their own privacy terms. Actenly does not use AI suggestions for advertising.
Web payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases in iOS or Android are handled by Apple or Google, with RevenueCat used to coordinate subscription status. Actenly receives identifiers, plan, trial, renewal and entitlement information needed to provide Premium. Actenly does not store your full payment-card number. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies.
We use information to operate and secure Actenly, provide requested features, maintain your subscription entitlement, troubleshoot problems and meet legal obligations. Information is shared only with service providers needed for those purposes, people you deliberately connect with, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
We keep account and product information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion in Settings → Account or by emailing support. Deletion ends active sessions and removes or de-identifies associated personal information, subject to limited retention for security records, legal obligations, payment records and routine backups. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle.
Actenly is not directed to children under 13, and they must not create an account. Family features involving a young person assume appropriate parent or guardian involvement and compliance with local age and consent requirements. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information.
We may update this policy as Actenly changes. Material updates will be published here with a revised date and, where appropriate, communicated in the product. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email hello@actenly.com.
