TERMS OF USE
These terms cover your account, responsible use, Premium subscriptions, the 7-day trial, automatic renewal and how to cancel.

Actenly is published by an independent individual developer. By creating an account or using Actenly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into this agreement in your country; Actenly is not for children under 13.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from Actenly’s failure to protect the service.
Actenly Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price, billing period and included features are shown before purchase. Premium is linked to your Actenly account and may be available across supported platforms once the purchase has been confirmed.
Eligible monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method associated with the purchase will be charged and the subscription will automatically renew for the selected monthly or yearly period. Trial eligibility and exact renewal timing may also be governed by the store where you subscribe.
Cancel a web subscription through the Stripe customer portal in Actenly. Cancel an iOS subscription in your Apple App Store subscription settings, or an Android subscription in Google Play. Deleting Actenly or deleting your account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Stripe, Apple or Google. Cancel with the original provider first. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices and applicable taxes are disclosed at purchase. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under applicable law and the rules of the provider that processed the purchase. Apple and Google control refunds for purchases made through their stores.
Do not use Actenly to break the law; threaten, harass or exploit anyone; secretly monitor another person; bypass consent or permissions; upload harmful or infringing material; probe or disrupt the service; automate abusive access; or misuse family features in a way that creates a safety risk. Focus Agreements must remain transparent, proportionate and subject to available safety exits.
You keep your rights in content you submit and give Actenly the limited permission needed to store, process and share it according to the features you choose. AI suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting and do not rely on Actenly for medical, legal, financial, emergency or safeguarding advice.
We work to keep Actenly available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change for security, legal or product reasons. We may suspend access needed to prevent harm, investigate abuse or comply with law. We may also update these terms; material changes will be published with a revised date.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Actenly is provided without implied guarantees and the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@actenly.com.
